To celebrate 50 years in business, Irregardless is hosting a series of special prix fixe dinners celebrating each decade its been in existence. The second dinner will celebrate the 1980s with a three-course meal for $75 at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The 1985 menu choices will be:
• Baked Oysters with nduja, Pernod, panko Parmesan crumble and tarragon aioli OR Acorn Squash Soup with coconut curry, candied ginger, spiced pepitas, vadouvan oil
• Herb-crusted Lamb Chop with fin herbs, sour cherry jus de agneau, baked polenta and grilled scallion OR Coquilles St. Jacques with scallops, shiitake, Jarlsberg cheese, Yukon gold potato puree, toasted breadcrumbs and herb powder OR Eggplant Parmesan with tomato sauce, Parmesan and fresh herbs.
• Almond Bavarois with almond brittle, white chocolate and raspberry coulis OR Cheesecake 43 with Liqor 43, graham cracker, candied pecans, spiced vanilla and whipped cream.

Wine or beverage pairings will be optional. Menu subject to change based on availability.
